- organization of exhibitions, fairs, presentations, lectures, courses, and seminars
- organization and provision of various services in the field of sports, special forms of health protection for athletes and also functional diagnostics
- to the possible extent, organizing and developing appropriate economic activities on free and accompanying spaces and real estate
- Maintenance, management, and organization of the use of sports facilities and other real estate
The institution was founded on 18.03.1997, the founder is the City of Split.
All facilities were made for the Mediterranean Games in Split, September 1979.
